A 50' combination high ropes course/climbing tower, the Alpine Tower has a wide variety of elements which allow beginner to expert climbers challenge themselves and accomplish their goals. There is also a low ropes course and a "flying squirrel" swing which are great for team building activities.
Arts & Crafts Pavillion
The Arts & Crafts Pavilion is centrally located and is the perfect place for gathering outdoors under shelter for games, picnics, and maybe even some arts and crafts.

A convenient spot for those on the waterfront.
Dining Hall
Mixing comfort with versatility, Bishop Johnson Dining Hall is perfectly suited for meetings, presentations, gatherings, and much more for groups of almost any size. The large space can be divided into three separate rooms and has wireless internet. Two large fireplaces, comfortable seating, and delicious, locally sourced meals make Bishop Johnson Dining Hall the place where all guests want to visit, and none want to leave. Johnson is Wi-Fi equipped.
Camp Henry Cabins
Two identical buildings side by side, each with a central divider, the Camp Henry Cabins can sleep up to 50. Large screen porches, clean indoor bathrooms, and a campfire circle make for the perfect place in the spring or fall for your youth groups, scouts, etc. or for any group looking for a more economical option.
Celebration Hall & Boojum's Cave
Celebration Hall is a large and open hall complete with hardwood flooring and a stage. Perfect for weddings and other religious services, this is a versatile meeting space and can accommodate groups of up to 100. Celebration Hall is Wi-Fi equipped.
Boojum's Cave is located beneath Celebration Hall and is one of the most beloved areas in all of Lake Logan. Pool tables, ping pong, foosball, card tables, and couches provide a fun place to recreate, relax, and enjoy your time at Lake Logan.
Cherry
Cherry is centrally located on the Lake Logan campus and boasts two spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and a fantastic front porch, with comfortable space to relax. Very convenient to the Dining Hall, Celebration Hall, and Lodge.
Chestnut
A two bedroom two bath cottage with four single beds is smartly tucked into the woods yet very convenient to the Lodge administrative building. From the covered front porch there are beautiful views of the lake in the winter and spring and surrounded by birds, rabbits, and deer all year round.
Hemlock
Hemlock is a four bedroom, four bath cabin highlighted by a spacious living room, kitchen, and comfortable porch. Featuring wireless internet and very convenient to Bishop Johnson Dining hall, Hemlock is a preferred choice for groups of all sizes. Hemlock is Wi-Fi equipped.
Retreat House
Retreat House is aptly named because it is well suited for groups of all sizes. 7 bedrooms/7 baths, a full kitchen, gas log fireplace, laundry facilities, spacious living room and porches with full views of the Lake Logan property make this a great place to host retreats of all kinds.
White Pine
White pine is a perfect mix of comfortable seclusion and convenient access to Celebration Hall, Bishop Johnson Dining Hall, and the Lodge. Two bedrooms, two baths, and a comfortable and private front porch make White Pine a popular choice with our guests.
Field
Lake Logan boasts a large playing field and covered stage with a wide array of options including sporting events, casual play, music festivals, weddings, picnics, sky gazing, and much more.
Gazebo Trail
A challenging and fun network of trails which passes through various ecosystems giving hikers a chance to learn about a wide variety of plant, animal, and insect species. The payoff is one of the most beautiful views of Lake Logan, the west fork of the Pigeon River, and the Balsam mountain range.
Lake Logan
At the center of Lake Logan Conference Center is Lake Logan itself. The 84 acre lake, fed by the West Fork of the Pigeon River, provides plenty of opportunities to swim, kayak, canoe, sail, and fish and ranges in depth up to 48 feet.
Ash
With 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, comfortable living room, gas log fireplace, half kitchen, a lake view porch, and easy access to the Gazebo hiking trail Ash is a favorite of Lake Logan guests and was renovated in 2021 by Trinity Episcopal Church of Asheville. You’ll love the personal touches that make this cabin feel like home.
Sunburst
Named Sunburst for the town which stood where the lake now exists. Sunburst boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, neat living room, gas log fireplace, half kitchen, and a lake view porch. Legend tells that on quiet mornings you can still hear the Sunburst church bells from beneath the calm waters of Lake Logan.
Maple
Maple has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, pleasant living room, gas log fireplace, half kitchen, and a lake view porch. Maple is situated next to the historic Sit 'n' Whittle Village and perfectly blends comfort with seclusion. Maple is the only lakeside cabin that is dog friendly.
Walnut
Walnut is a lakeside cottage with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, living room complete with gas log fireplace, half kitchen, and lake view porch. It was renovated by St. Philip’s Episcopal Church of Brevard in 2019 and includes beautiful original artwork by members of that church. Walnut is somewhat handicap accessible (ramp to enter, bars in some bathrooms) and is another favorite among Lake Logan guests.
Main Lodge
Main Lodge, which houses Lake Logan’s administrative offices, is a centrally located and well equipped meeting space for large and small groups. Complete with a library, wireless internet, and separate areas for small group breakouts, the Lodge has hosted quilting groups, vestry retreats, and town council meetings with ease. The Lodge is Wi-Fi equipped.
Pond in the Pines Outdoor Chapel
This outdoor chapel is used for Camp Henry and is available during the year for individuals looking for a personal reflection spot and for groups seeking outdoor worship space.
West Fork Pigeon River
Boasting the cleanest water in Haywood County, the West Fork of the Pigeon River on Lake Logan’s property is a great place for trout fishing, wading, and rock hopping.
Carriage House
The Carriage House makes a nice backdrop for outdoor events.
Honeymoon
A quaint and comfortable cabin with one bedroom, one bath, and perfect front porch complete with rocking chairs, Honeymoon is located in the heart of Sit n' Whittle village. A small brook bubbles just outside this cabin, creating one of the most peaceful and relaxing atmospheres anywhere.
Sit n' Whittle Lodge
The gem and namesake of Lake Logan's Sit n Whittle Village. 19th Century log cabin architecture, a huge gas log fireplace, comfortable living room, warming kitchen, and a one of a kind, single slab poplar table make Sit n' Whittle lodge a favorite meeting space for small to medium sized groups.
Mimosa
Two bedrooms, one bath, gas log fireplaces, and a private covered porch, Mimosa has views of the lake and is well suited for guests using Sit n' Whittle Lodge as a meeting space.
Noo Nook
Noo Nook cabin is a beautifully unique lakeside log cabin with a bedroom, bathroom, and small living room downstairs and via separate and private entrance, a bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
Rhododendron
Part of the Historic Sit ‘n' Whittle Village, Rhododendron cabin has two bedrooms, one bath, and one of the most beautiful lakeside views anywhere.
Seldom Seen
One of the most private and secluded cabins in the Sit n' Whittle village, Seldom seen is a two bedroom, one bath cabin with gas log fireplaces, and a porch with gorgeous views of the lake and mountains.
Shuteye
Located directly next to Sit n' Whittle Lodge, Shuteye has two bedrooms, one bath, a gas log fireplace and some of the most unique and beautiful architecture on the whole property. Shuteye boasts all of the charm of a 19th century mountain cabin with the comforts of modern living.
Oak
Probably the longest standing building on campus, Oak is used primarily for summer camp staff housing.

Weinhauer Dorm
Bishop William Weinhauer Dorm is a two story building split into four separate sections, complete with their own large and clean bathrooms. The Dorm can accommodate up to 52 people year round. Covered porches and campfire ring make this a fantastic option for your school group, youth group, scouts, etc. or for any group looking for a more economical option.
Sunburst Cemetery
Sunburst Cemetery was established when the town of Sunburst was a vibrant logging village. It is maintained by relatives and friends of those buried here.
